Challenge:

Icon Nicholson, LLC is a leading digital design and marketing agency serving a wide range of clients spanning pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, retail and consumer brands, not-for-profit and cultural institutions, financial services organizations and media and entertainment companies throughout the United States.

With changing client demands in a rapidly-growing and evolving digital agency environment, the senior leadership team at Icon Nicholson had to shift its focus and positioning to keep up with the needs the changing marketplace. 

Solution:

Recognizing the need for trusted outside expertise to guide them through the change process, senior management enlisted Kevin Corcoran to work with Icon Nicholson’s leadership team.
