Joe Enos

Joe Enos is a branding and media consultant who has built and positioned some of the country’s best known retail, resort real estate, and luxury travel brands.  He was on the marketing team that created Old Navy and oversaw the brand’s public relations for nearly a decade. Since 2000, Joe’s work has spanned the globe from Hawaii’s renowned Hualalai Resort where he served as Director of Marketing overseeing brand development and publicity of the resort’s residential real estate offerings, amenities, and retail outlets to Beverly Hills and Deer Valley, Utah where he oversaw the grand opening publicity for Montage Hotels and Resorts. Most recently Joe was a consultant with PTV at Sea aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises where he established social media platforms for this exclusive travel entertainment and enrichment program drawing 15,000 online followers during its 28-day sailing throughout the Middle East.

Jack Hartley

As President of Event Connections Group, Jack oversees the initiation of new development opportunities, development strategy, emerging market analysis, and company operations.  As one of the top executives in the hospitality industry, Mr. Hartley brings over 20 years experience in event management, hotel management, promotions and corporate travel knowledge to Event Connections Group.Before joining ECG, Jack was Vice President of Business Development for Maritz Travel, where he led new client acquisition; hotel sales channel development and destination strategy implementation. He also was Vice President of Sales for Enterprise Events Group and a Sr. Account Executive for Incentive Dimensions, both San Francisco Bay area corporate event management companies.Throughout his career, Jack has created and implemented a variety of corporate events for companies and organizations like Oracle, Hewlett Packard, Washington Mutual, Fireman’s Fund, Black & Decker, Constellation New Energy, TEK Systems, and PBS. Hartley graduated from the University of San Francisco where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing.

Mandy Levenberg

Mandy is Vice President and Consumer Strategist with Iconoculture, a leading Marketing Research firm which helps Fortune 500 clients understand consumer behavior, capture consumer values, and apply relevant insights and implications to their businesses.  Previously, Mandy was the founder of Levenberg Consulting where she provided consumer product and strategy services to such clients as Microsoft, Expedia.com, Amazon.com and the U.S Chamber of Commerce.  Prior to establishing her own consultancy, she served as a product manager for Starbucks responsible for translating consumer and industry trends into business ideas for future new product launches within the beverage category.  Additionally, she also served as a product Manager for Amazon.com, where she oversaw marketing plans and programs for new product launches.

Clay McDaniel

Clay is the Managing Director and founder of the Spring Creek Group, a rapidly-growing social media brand analytics, strategy, and marketing services Agency.  Clay has more than 10 years experience in consumer product and services management, new product development, and technology marketing.   Previously, he was the Senior Director of Product Management for RealArcade, the rapidly-growing casual games consumer digital media business at RealNetworks, Inc.  Before joining Real Networks, he helped Microsoft launch Windows XP in 2001 and drove national retail and online marketing plans for the company’s flagship operating system software product.   Additionally, he served as Product Manager for enterprise “middleware” software pioneer Vitria Technology; Corporate Business Development lead at the Whitney Museum of American Art; and as a technology Project Consultant for the retail and telecommunications sectors at Deloitte Consulting.

DeLinda Mrowka

DeLinda Mrowka is a media and marketing executive with more than 10 years of experience developing and executing national marketing campaigns for PBS, NPR and independent productions. She directed strategy and development for consumer advertising, publicity, and online engagement campaigns, as well as affiliate outreach programs, on-air spots and special events. She has produced award-winning websites and managed talent and donor relations. DeLinda has secured and managed foundation and commercial sponsors, including several Fortune 500 companies. Before launching her own company, MaxMark Media, DeLinda served as the executive director of the Public Awareness Initiative for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, where she led the My Source campaign from pilot phase to national implementation with more than 270 stations. Prior to that, she was the senior director of marketing and media relations at WETA, a national television and radio producer, where she managed campaigns for weekly television series such as Washington Week and Globe Trekker, and specials such asthe critically acclaimed 11-part public affairs series, America at a Crossroads, and On Stage at the Kennedy Center. DeLinda is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism.

Josh Murray

Josh is an award-winning writer and digital advertising consultant with a breadth of experience in the youth and entertainment marketing fields. His work with Canada’s largest communications firm has amassed a host of national and international awards, including honors from the Interactive Media Council and the Canadian Association of Promotional Marketers. For two television seasons, Josh was Senior Editor at American Idol Magazine and, as an author and journalist, has written the teen how-to guide American Idol: The Journey to Stardom and contributed to the successful Chicken Soup for the Soul anthology series.

Scott Padlick

Scott is president and founder of the Padlick Consulting Group [PCG] a consulting organization focused on driving marketing effectiveness for business-to-business organizations. He has helped a wide range of organizations develop winning marketing strategies and develop effective marketing tools and content. Prior to forming PCG, Scott was Global Director of Government of CRM at Onyx Software, a leading customer relationship management software provider where he oversaw worldwide marketing, sales and business development activities for Onyx’s Public Sector practice.  Previously, Scott was a consultant with RevenueLab, a go-to-market strategy, training and revenue acceleration consultancy.  He also served with boutique firms, Aventos, Cocoran and Associates, and the internet incubator, divineInterventures.
